Here's the download. Has both player and HWM models, and work in TF2 and GMod. Not hexed for GMod, but the collar can be turned off with bodygroup options. Since it's an older download, the Mercenary Badges won't appear correctly on him in TF2.

Collar Sniper
An older skin from a while back and figured I could stick it here. Why a collar on Sniper? ZTDO had a pet sniper thing going on. Though just a small addition to the default model, it was interesting to do, I might make neck wear for the other guys at a later time.
